Does ZESTO work offline?
Yes. The POS and billing modules work fully offline. Orders, bills, and KOTs are all stored locally and synced to the cloud when internet returns. Perfect for unstable connections.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Every restaurant's data is completely isolated from others (multi-tenant architecture with Row Level Security). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Is support available in Hindi?
Yes! Our support team speaks Hindi and English both. You can reach us on WhatsApp and we'll respond in whichever language is comfortable for you.
Can I add multiple outlets later?
